Collaborative Perspectives is now accepting new clients. Noël has been recognized by Rutgers University as a Subject Matter Expert on the topic of adolescents. With over twenty-five years of experience guiding youth, Noël specializes in assisting young people struggling with: Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Emotional Regulation & Anger, Gender Identity & Expression, LGBTQI+ topics, Non-suicidal Self-injury, Suicidal Thoughts, and Trauma. Noël’s trauma work has included car accidents, domestic violence, incest, sexual assault, and death-related trauma. Noël is a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and also certified in Critical Incident Stress Management. She is a Traumatic Loss Coalition responder and Disaster Response Crisis Counselor. As a certified School Social Worker with 20 years serving students and their families in the schools, she is also a well-versed advocate navigating Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) and 504 plans.
